Terms and Conditions
Administration
Fee. A non-refundable
administration fee of 20%
of the booking is required when the reservation is made. Settlement of the
account will be
expected on arrival.
Cancellation.
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours in
advance of arrival or failing to show up will incur the full cost of
the
booking. Cancellation
with 48 hours
notice will be charged at 50% of the booking fee.
Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days
notice will be charged at 50% of the booking fee if the room is not
re-let. Holiday insurance cover is
recommended.
Check in and Departure.
Check
in, unless by prior arrangement, is not before 1.30pm
and rooms should be vacated by 10am
on the day
of departure.
Parking Permits/Concessionary
Parking Tickets.
We have a
limited amount of parking permits and these are available on a
‘first come
first served’ basis. Permits can not be
reserved. These are
free, subject to a £10 deposit, and allow you to park in Zone
F parking spaces
around the hotel. We also have a limited
amount of concessionary parking tickets, these are charged at
£3 or £6,
depending on season, and are valid for a 24 hour period.
These can only be used in the parking spaces
to the rear of Weymouth Pavilion. These
can be pre-booked and paid for at time of booking.
Smoking.
The Anchorage is strictly
no smoking.
Smoke detectors are positioned around the building for
everyone’s safety
and guests contravening this, or setting off smoke detectors due to
smoking
will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Guests are welcome to smoke outside the hotel
and a bench, tables and ashtray are provided for your use.
Pets.
Pets are
only allowed by prior arrangement..
Children.
Children
are welcome at The Anchorage. Parents
will be held responsible for their children’s behaviour.
Breakfast.
Breakfast
is served in the dining room between 8.30-9am
(9.15am
during busy periods).
Vegetarian breakfast is available and all items are cooked
separately
from other breakfast items. For
those
leaving early a packed lunch is available if booked the day before
departure.
Damages/loss of keys.
Any
damage to any part of the hotel will be charged to the
guest responsible at the discretion of the management.
Loss or non-return of keys will incur a £10
replacement charge.
Health and Safety.
Health
and Safety and Fire Risk Assessments have been
carried out and are available to be viewed if required.
A copy is displayed on the notice board in
the foyer at the bottom of the stairs.
Public Liability Insurance.
A copy of the public liability
insurance is displayed on
the notice board.
Guests.
Guests are
requested to be respectful of other guests when entering or leaving the
hotel
late at night or in the early hours.
